How to Apply for United Way Funding
In order to be considered for United Way funding, all agencies applying must be non-profit organizations that have been declared tax exempt by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and have a 501 (c) 3 purpose.
New agencies that wish to apply for United Way funding should review the New Agency Policy and Criteria for Admission Guidelines for extended information regarding agency qualifications and the funding approval process.
New agencies that wish to apply for United Way funding must complete the following New Agency Application and return it to United Way of Southwest Oklahoma by March 1st of each year to be considered for United Way funding during the following campaign. Applications can be submitted electronically by sending them to email@example.com or by mail at United Way of Southwest Oklahoma, P.O. Box 66, Lawton, OK 73501.
