How to Apply to Become a Funded Partner
The United Way of Southwest Oklahoma aims to improve lives by mobilizing the caring power to help our community by working with nonprofit agencies with programs that focus on youth opportunity (education), income stability, health, and basic needs.
Qualified nonprofit agencies that align with the United Way of Southwest Oklahoma’s mission and values and priority impact areas are invited to submit applications to become a United Way of Southwest Oklahoma Member Agency (Funded Partner).
Funded Partners:
- Can participate in the State Charitable Campaign.
- Are eligible to apply for United Way funding to support their programs.
- Build collaborative relationships to strengthen programs and the community.
- Are recognized for their passion and commitment in providing innovative programs that generate a positive impact on the local community.
- Participate in the United Way Fundraising Campaign.
Eligibility Requirements:
- 501(c)(3) status in good standing.
- Provide programs and services in one or more counties in the United Way of Southwest Oklahoma service area.
How to Apply:
- Review Criteria for Admissions Guidelines prior to applying.
- Applications will be available starting March 9, 2026.
- Register for the optional Q&A Session on March 13, 2016 at 11:00am
- Apply through the online application below or request an application by emailing info@UWSWOK.org.
- Review and complete all required questions and documentation.
- Submit a completed application no later than 5pm on April 15, 2026.
- Applications can be submitted through the online portal, by emailing PDF versions to info@UWSWOK.org or dropped off in-person at the United Way office.
Applications not received by 5pm on April 15th and incomplete applications will not be considered.

Note: If approved, New Member Agencies will be eligible to apply for funding in January.
Acceptance of new Member Agencies will be determined by the availability of funds and approval by the United Way of Southwest Oklahoma Board of Directors.
Member Agencies that have NOT applied and/or received funding within the past 18 will be required to apply through the new membership application process.
