Who We Are

Throughout our rich history, United Way of Southwest Oklahoma has focused our work on changing thousands of lives across Southwestern Oklahoma. This region is our home. A place for everyone that offers security, safety, inclusion, and prosperity. That is why at United Way of Southwest Oklahoma we are working to advance the common good by creating opportunities for a better life for all. We focus on the things that everyone needs for a good life: a quality education that leads to a stable job, enough income to support a family, safety, and good health.

However, many of our neighbors, friends, or our family members are continually facing pressing issues in the areas of education, income stability, and health and safety. To help solve these community issues, United Way of Southwest Oklahoma recruits the people and organizations who bring the passion, expertise, and resources needed to create a better community. As we work to strengthen our community and bring real solutions to our region's most pressing problems, we help improve the lives of all.

United Way of Southwest Oklahoma aligns resources to help children, individuals, and families. We bring people together to make sure everyone has access to basic health care, stable housing, quality education and meaningful work. Together, we create healthy, well-educated and financially stable individuals and families. United Way is here to help you make the difference. Stand with us behind the idea that their success is our success. Together, we can give those in poverty the chance all of us deserve.
We invite you to join us in this work. When you give money to United Way, you directly fund local projects that connect children and families with the ingredients for the quality of life everyone in our community deserves.

You can give online, write a check or donate through payroll deductions. By giving a small amount each pay period, a little change can make a big impact.
